Software Update Workflow
This is an example of a process workflow for a medical device. It was broken in steps for further discussion. Once this level of flow is agreed on by the stakeholders, then detailed wire frames were developed to accommodate past steps, future steps and decision points in the flow. This is a very high-level flow and was build for stakeholder alignment.
Additional process workflows were created for each specific task for the application. Once all the critical tasks were identified and mapped out, then they were considered as individual screen wire frames were developed.
